John is an entrepreneur who has owned and operated his family business for twelve years. He is the Owner and Co-Founder of Image Cycling and the Founder and Owner of JCH Interactive Coaching and Tao Cycling. John is a professional Personal Mastery Coach and has been an indoor cycling instructor for 16 years with an AFAA certified personal training certificate.
A seasoned athlete, John began his fitness career as a professional hockey player and skating coach. As a long-time ultra-marathoner and mountain climber, John drew from over twenty years of experience in athletics to create Image Cycling® and The Tao Cycling Fitness Program as a way to offer people a new and unique way to exercise for complete wellness. John believes that every success physically is a victory within. He has dedicated his life in helping people find their champion within.
As a Cti Trained Life Coach and graduate of The Cti Leadership program, John was a featured presenter for the Coaching Training Institute at the annual Cti Coaching Conference. Through JCH Interactive Coaching®, John works with clients one-to-one to help them achieve success in every area of their life.

Maryellen is an Executive Leadership Coach and Business Development Manager for The Hartford Insurance Company. She is a CTI Certified CoActive Professional Coach, a graduate of the CTI Leadership program, and an active member of the International Coaching Federation.
Maryellen‘s experience includes extensive training in coaching the "creative mind" offering expertise in ADD & ADHD coaching. Her expert abilities in training come from over 25 years developing thousands of employees in over 400 Independent Insurance Agencies located throughout the New England and Mid-Atlantic territories.
As a certified Spin Instructor with over 10 years experience leading fitness classes, Maryellen is excited to combine her passion for coaching and fitness into a motivational, mind shifting experience for others.
As an Executive and Leadership coach, she is passionate about changing the world of business and education to allow for greater creativity, mastery and compassion.

Kay is charge of sign-in procedures and coordinates community outreach. She is the point person for customer relations. Kay is the right and left arm of Image Cycling and without her we would have no reach.
