
Tao Cycling is a five-week fitness program that is designed to infuse enthusiasm, create lasting change and bring joy into your life through movement and meditation.
Each 90-minute session includes a 30-minute indoor cycling experience using visuals and music, where John creatively incorporates his "personal mastery" coaching techniques. Through the Tao Cycling fitness program you will bridge the gap between fitness and personal awareness as you become familiar with the basics of Tai Chi and Meditation and come to understand that your external accomplishments are mere victories within. Tao Cycling is a refreshing approach to fitness where physical activity is a way to restore total oneness with ourselves; creating harmony among body, mind and spirit. No "spinning" experience is needed as this is "not" a “spin” class.
Tao Cycling is a shift in consciousness from seeing exercise not only as a way to become physically fit and exploring your athletic potential but also for accepting the challenges within where the opponent is yourself and the reward is deeply personal and will last a lifetime.
Tao Cycling is a program were physical fitness not only makes us better athletes but makes us better people as well. Space is limited to 15 participants and no spinning experience is necessary.
